ABOUT ME

I am Lisa Memmolo, owner and lead inspector of Builtright Home Inspections. As a Certified Professional Inspector trained by InterNACHI® - the international Association of home inspectors - I have received the industry's best training from the world's largest and most reputable association. With a long career in residential construction, and InterNACHI training, I provide a full-service inspection package to protect you and your home. 
When I started my career in Carpenter's Local 22 Union in San Franciso, I had on-the-job training as a carpenter.  From there I transitioned to framer and builder. I have continued my education with Boise Engineered Lumber classes in engineering roof and floor spans; Pella windows and doors, learning the newest technology and materials.  I have been

NPDES certified, learning land development and wastewater management, finally receiving comprehensive inspector training including Florida Wind Mitigation and 4-point inspections. I bring 26 years of knowledge in residential construction to every inspection I perform. When I'm not out on an inspection, I enjoy the peaceful coastal lifestyle and hanging out with my dog Gabby.  ​
